The Mediterranean in three acts between Sardinia, Greece, Lebanon, and Morocco: this is the ambitious gastronomic proposal of the Cone Club. But the surprises don't end there! Here are all its tricks up its sleeve, from international DJ sets to tailor-made hospitality.
The location
It's not just about the view. Of course, the Cone Club enjoys a privileged position: overlooking the Maddalena Archipelago, between the tranquility of Baja Sardinia and the effervescence of the Costa Smeralda. But what makes it truly unique is its concept of hospitality—rooted in the territory but open to the world.

Located within the 7Pines Resort Sardinia, the Cone Club is only a beach club in appearance. Behind its relaxed façade, made of sails moved by the mistral wind and rough wood blending with the Mediterranean scrub, lies an ambitious cultural and gastronomic project. Here, every detail tells a story: aesthetics, ethics, identity.

Cuisine as a shared language
Leading the culinary offering is Pasquale D’Ambrosio, a chef who has transformed the resort’s cuisine into an open laboratory. His dishes start with Sardinia—in the ingredients and the techniques—but go further, seeking a continuous dialogue with the eastern and southern Mediterranean. In 2025, this approach will take shape in the project “Mediterraneo senza confini” (Mediterranean without borders): a three-act narrative that intertwines Sardinia, Lebanon, Morocco, and Greece. As chef D'Ambrosio explains: “A tribute to the cultures of the sea, a sea that unites through food and wine.”

Not a forced fusion, but a respectful coexistence. The result? Three different offerings—Mukabbilat, Meze, Mezédes—to share at the center of the table, as taught by the tradition of hospitality of many cultures bordering the Mediterranean Sea. Dishes range from smoked babaganoush to couscous with fish scented with ras el hanout, from a lightly reinterpreted spanakopita to spicy hummus served with local olive oil. Spices, herbs, citrus fruits: every element is calibrated, without excess. The common thread is balance.

Beyond the plate: the Cone Club experience
However, the Cone Club is more than just a beach restaurant. It is a place built to be remembered, thanks in part to its aperitifs with international DJ sets. Every moment is carefully planned. The cabanas offer intimacy and personalized service. When the sun sets, the club transforms. Night takes over, but never succumbs to cliché. The music accompanies, does not overwhelm, and blends with the sound of the waves.

A Mediterranean manifesto
At a time when borders are rising again, the Cone Club is taking the opposite direction. It builds bridges between the shores of the Mediterranean, mixing flavors, music, and stories. Its cuisine is one of encounter, a philosophy of hospitality, a cultural project with a contemporary twist. It is not just one of the most sought-after summer destinations. It is a manifesto: for a Mediterranean that does not divide, but unites. And which, through food, music, and beauty, continues to speak a universal language.
