3. DiverXO (Madrid, Spain)
Dabiz Muñoz's gastronomic proposal knows no creative limits. While preparing to relocate to the La Finca residential complex (Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid) in 2024, the Madrid chef offers a tasting menu tailored to the customer at the NH Collection Eurobuilding. It's worth noting that the sommelier, Miguel Ángel Millán, has been recognized as the best in the world. The menu is priced at €365, and wine pairing options are €300 per person or, for the high-end selection, €600 per person.
4. Asador Etxebarri (Axpe, Spain)
Located in the Atxondo valley, Vizcaya, Bittor Arginzoniz's cuisine is infused with the aroma of the grill. The high-quality raw materials used by the chef make the difference in his tasting menu. They serve a maximum of 30 guests per service, exclusively during lunchtime. Surprisingly, the price is quite reasonable at €264.
5. Alchemist (Copenaghen, Denmark)
Situated on the outskirts of Copenhagen, the spectacle at this restaurant begins when its bronze doors open. The restaurant offers two tasting menus, one "classic" and the other innovative, priced at €110 and €130, making them among the most "democratic" options, considering the extensive research conducted by the chef.
8. Atomix (New York, USA)
Rising from the 33rd spot to 8th on the 2023 list, Atomix's concept is derived from an ancient Korean word meaning gift, something that chef Junghyun and his wife, restaurant director Ellia Parkes, apply to innovative cuisine in New York City. Atomix aims to continue the legacy of its "sibling" restaurant Atoboy, where customers can indulge in a tasting menu inspired by Korean traditions and techniques. The Chef's Counter provides an intimate experience with a view of the kitchen and only two seats. The menu is priced at €344, excluding beverages. There's also a counter tasting menu, where they serve cocktails on the upper floor, priced at €248.
