The list
Michelin-starred restaurants? Exclusive, prohibitive, something for the wealthy. The Michelin Guide, on its portal, is keen to debunk stereotypes by publishing a list of establishments adorned with the prestigious Michelin star, where a meal costs less than $82. Often faithful to the historic denominations of "osteria" or "trattoria," still present on the signage, they pay particular attention to the lunch crowd. Here are the details.
