Born in Livorno, Claudia Parigi has built an impressive international career in high-end dining. After working in renowned restaurants and hotels across Tuscany, England, and Scotland, she honed her skills at The Fat Duck, Heston Blumenthal's three-star Michelin restaurant in Bray, England—often regarded as one of the world's best dining establishments. Her time at The Fat Duck deepened her expertise in managing service and mastering food and wine pairings, skills she continues to refine at Lunasia.
Since 2016, Claudia has been the welcoming face at Lunasia, where her exceptional work in the dining room complements the culinary artistry of Chef Luca Landi. In addition to overseeing the service, Claudia manages the restaurant’s extensive wine cellar, which boasts over 700 labels.
