Alessandra Serramondi is a sommelier and the co-founder of Rome's Dogma restaurant. Over the years, she has brought a modern and sustainable vision to the Italian capital, distinguished by her expertise in natural wine selection and a dining room service that combines professionalism and informality.
Born in Cuba in 1995, Alessandra Serramondi soon moved to Europe, dividing her time between Brazil and France before settling in Italy. This multicultural experience allowed her to develop a broad knowledge of international food and wine traditions, which became the foundation of her professional vision.
Her journey in the industry began in 2017 at Il Tino, the restaurant of Michelin-starred chef Lele Usai, where she met her future husband and partner, Gabriele Di Lecce. Here, Alessandra honed her skills as a sommelier and dining room manager, deepening her knowledge of wines and perfecting the art of hospitality.
In February 2022, the couple realized their entrepreneurial dream by opening Dogma, located in the San Giovanni district of Rome. The restaurant is characterized by a unique concept based on charcoal cooking and a proposal that emphasizes fresh fish and quality ingredients.
In addition, Alessandra curates a wine list that includes labels from small producers, natural and biodynamic wines, creating a perfect balance. Her work is not limited to beverage management, but also includes room service, which combines professionalism with human warmth.
Thanks to her dedication and vision, Dogma has quickly become a benchmark, appreciated for its value for money and the authentic and contemporary experience it offers. Alessandra Serramondi represents the new generation of sommeliers and restaurateurs focused on sustainability, prestige and innovation.
