Irene Tolomei is a talented young pastry chef currently in charge at the Michelin-starred Aroma Restaurant at Palazzo Manfredi Hotel in Rome.
Born in Rome, Irene Tolomei pursued an academic path in biological sciences, graduating from the University of Rome Tor Vergata. Her passion for pastry led her to participate in the talent show Bake Off Italy in 2018, where she began to become known to the general public.
After her television experience, she honed her skills working in high level environments, including a significant experience at Villa Crespi, the Michelin-starred restaurant of chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo. In 2020, she joined the Aroma team, taking on the role of head pastry chef.
Her scientific training allows her to apply an analytical and precise approach to dessert creation, combining technique and creativity to deliver innovative taste experiences. Her talent has been recognized by Forbes Italy, which included her in its list of 100 under 30, and by Dolcesalato, which included her among the Top 30 Women in Pastry.
