Sebastien Lepinoy is a renowned French chef currently at the helm of Singapore's three-Michelin-starred Les Amis restaurant. With a career spanning prestigious experiences in Europe and Asia, Lepinoy is celebrated for his approach to classic French cuisine enriched with Asian influences.

A native of France, Lepinoy began his career at such prestigious restaurants as La Côte Saint-Jacques and L'Auberge des Templiers, where he honed his classic technique. For many years, he was a close associate of legendary chef Joël Robuchon, working as a chef at various Robuchon restaurants around the world, including Hong Kong and Macau.

In 2013, he was asked to take the helm of Les Amis in Singapore. Under his leadership, the restaurant was awarded two Michelin stars in 2016 and three stars in 2019, confirming its position as one of Asia's finest restaurants specializing in French cuisine. Les Amis is renowned for its elegant and refined approach to French cuisine, with iconic dishes such as Foie Gras with Black Truffle and Sole Fillet with Caviar.

Lepinoy is known for his ability to balance high-quality, seasonal ingredients, often imported from France, with the aesthetics and precision typical of French cuisine. He has also earned a reputation as a mentor, nurturing young culinary talent and contributing to the growth of Singapore's culinary scene.
