The Michelin Guide's "best selection" for hotels does not include Italy, but many international destinations to mark on your agenda for upcoming travels.
Michelin continues its transparency on its official website by publishing a list of twelve destinations selected from the 5000 reviewed and bookable in the guide, which captured the hearts of inspectors in 2023. Criteria for selection include design, style, integration into the environment, attention to detail, audacity, strong visual and conceptual identity. Surprisingly, Italy is missing.
