Benito Cascone, born in 1983 in Castellammare di Stabia, has built a distinguished career that has seen him shine in the ranks of high-end dining. After completing his hotel management education, Benito left Italy for England, where he honed his front-of-house skills at prestigious institutions such as The Waterside Inn in Bray and Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons in Oxford.
Benito's passion and skill in restaurant management took him to Switzerland, where he served as the restaurant manager at La Table d’Adrien. His experience further expanded with a temporary return to Italy for the opening of the renowned Del Cambio in Turin, followed by significant positions in France at Le Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris and Mirazur in Menton, the latter known for its cutting-edge cuisine and impeccable service.
In November 2018, Benito returned to Italy, taking on the role of restaurant manager at Acquolina in Rome. Here, he continued to showcase his expertise in managing luxury restaurants, leveraging his extensive international experience to further elevate the level of service.
