Born in Kazakhstan in 1990 and raised in Rome, Sabina Yausheva blends aesthetic sensibility and technical precision, turning mixology into an art form. After experiences in Dubai, Rome, and Milan, she now leads Lubna, the second venue of Moebius, as General Manager.
Born in 1990 in Kazakhstan and raised in Rome, Sabina Yausheva developed an early passion for visual arts, design, and graphic composition. This background sharpened her eye for detail and balance—qualities that would later define her distinctive approach to the world of mixology.
In 2017, she joined the opening team of Demoiselle – Galvin Brothers in Dubai, where she began shaping a personal style that is elegant, minimal, and narrative-driven. Upon returning to Italy, she continued her career within prestigious hotel groups such as Sofitel and Rocco Forte Hotels in Rome, refining her craft at the intersection of hospitality, precision, and performance.
In 2021, she moved to Milan to head the bar at Dry, one of the city’s landmarks for contemporary mixology. There, she perfected her ability to merge creativity and structure, maintaining a delicate balance between aesthetic appeal, taste, and personality.
She later returned to luxury hospitality as the lead at the Radio Rooftop Bar at Me Meliá Il Duca, further strengthening her managerial and leadership skills within high-end environments.
Today, she serves as General Manager of Lubna, the second venue by the award-winning Moebius group, where her creative vision fully comes to life. Lubna is a space where mixology meets the grill, where cocktails tell stories, and every detail is designed to craft an immersive, sensory experience. Her refined aesthetic sense, precision, and genuine warmth define a philosophy in which hospitality becomes a language of contemporary expression.
Determined, elegant, and deeply guest-oriented, Sabina Yausheva stands out as one of the most intriguing and complete figures in Italy’s new generation of bar professionals.
