Educated at the I.P.S.S.A.R. “Francesco De Gennaro” in Vico Equense, Giulia Mazza began her career at a very young age, working across major Italian hospitality structures and developing cross-disciplinary skills in front-office operations, booking management, accounting, and internal organization. Her professional path includes prestigious hotels such as Hotel Le Dune Ingurtosu (Sardinia), Hotel Acapulco (Milano Marittima), Hotel Remilia (Reggio Emilia), and Hotel Link124 Parma (Inkiosktro SRLCR). In each role, she refined her procedural precision, commercial awareness, and guest-centered approach—hallmarks of her professional identity.
In 2023, she expanded her expertise by obtaining certification as a Wedding & Event Coordinator from Cira Lombardo’s Accademia del Wedding, gaining a structured method for planning both private and corporate events—from concept design to scheduling and supplier management.
Since September 2023, she has co-managed Enigma Restaurant, located inside the Hotel Mercure Astoria Reggio Emilia, together with her husband, chef Ciro Sieno. There, she oversees the dining room and event coordination, ensuring fluid service, clear procedures, and a focus on detail. Her approach combines attentive hospitality with a strong sense of organization, shaping an experience that is both efficient and emotionally engaging. In February 2025, Enigma was officially included in the MICHELIN Guide, confirming the value and consistency of its dining experience.
