Brescian by birth and Milanese by adoption, he leads the Group Rita’s mixology as Head of Mixology and Bar Manager. Technique, research on spirits, and craftsmanship: a vision that has brought the group’s venues national awards and international recognition.
Born in ’87, his training begins in 2005 in the heart of Franciacorta: between floor and bar he develops a passion for wine that becomes a sensory key to his mixing. In local cocktail bars he discovers liqueurs and distillates, building an alphabet of balance, aromatic clarity, and precision.
In 2014 he moves to Milan to join the Rita&Cocktails team (via Fumagalli) with Edoardo Nono and Fabio Spinelli. In parallel he follows Rita&Sons at Mercato Metropolitano for Expo 2015: a period of advanced techniques, product knowledge, and engagement with the city’s scene, including workshops and masterclasses nationwide.
At the end of 2015 he leaves the Naviglio Grande to support Spinelli on the Santeria Social Club project (viale Toscana): he coordinates bar counters, service, spaces, and HR during large events. In 2017 he co-signs the “Bartender Moderno” course, a theory-and-practice path that puts the craft’s fundamentals back at the center. From that same season he becomes the company’s Bar Manager, taking responsibility for ordering, suppliers, and staffing across the two Milan locations.
In 2018 he brings his managerial skills to Garage Italia (viale Certosa), a format conceived by Lapo Elkann with F&B in collaboration with Chef Carlo Cracco: a laboratory where liquid menu design and the management of an iconic venue move in lockstep.
From 2019 he returns to the Group Rita to lead the new Rita’s Tiki Room (Navigli): a tropical/tiki platform that weaves classic mixology with research on fresh juices, spices, and light fermentations, sustained by a growing calendar of guest shifts and collaborations.
Since 2022 he has taken the overall helm as Head of Mixology across Rita&Cocktails and Rita’s Tiki Room: a shared “language” for both bars, common standards, R&D on syrups, cordials, and clarification, and a guest/masterclass program with stops in India, Norway, Denmark, and the United States.
