Gianluca Sanso is a renowned Italian sommelier, currently head sommelier at the prestigious Cracco restaurant in Milan's Galleria. His career is marked by a solid training and international experiences that have helped to consolidate his reputation in the world of food and wine.

After graduating from a hotel school, Gianluca Sanso began his professional career in Germany, working for seven months at the two Michelin-starred Tantris in Munich. This first experience allowed him to develop a deep passion for haute cuisine and to appreciate the rigor and attention to detail typical of starred restaurants. 

Recognizing the need to expand his skills, he decided to enroll in ALMA, the International School of Italian Cuisine, to obtain higher education and access to high-level professional opportunities. Along the way, he had the opportunity to work with great masters in the field, including Roberto Gardini and Ciro Fontanesi, further enriching his knowledge. 

After completing his studies, he embarked on a path that led him to work with important companies in the sector. His dedication and expertise led him to the role of head sommelier at Ristorante Cracco in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan, one of the most prestigious eateries in the Italian gastronomic scene. 

Gianluca Sanso is a firm believer in the importance of continuous updating, which has allowed him to develop a modern vision of room service and sommelier services, with a focus on customer care and the promotion of Italy's wine heritage.
