Chiara Graziani is an Italian sommelier, currently floor manager at the three-Michelin-starred Geranium restaurant in Copenhagen. In January 2025, she was awarded the title of Best Sommelier by the Identità Golose guide, a recognition that attests to her excellence in the industry.
Born in Ravenna in 1998, Chiara Graziani began her journey in the world of gastronomy during her studies, working as a waitress in various restaurants in Bologna. This experience awakened in her a deep passion for wine and led her to enroll in the AIS course. At the same time, she earned a bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Bologna and spent time at the University of Edinburgh. She then began a Master's degree in Historical and Oriental Sciences, which she interrupted to devote herself entirely to oenology.
Chiara had the opportunity to work at the Geranium in Copenhagen, where she held the position of Floor Manager. In this position, she helped to raise the level of table service, working closely with the team to provide the highest level of service. Her dedication and expertise earned her recognition as Best Sommelier by Identità Golose in January 2025.
Chiara Graziani firmly believes in the importance of an authentic connection between the beverage and the customer. Her approach is based on creating a complete sensory experience, where each label tells a story and integrates harmoniously with the dishes served. Her multidisciplinary training allows her to have a broad and deep vision, enriching the proposal with expertise and passion.
