With two highly successful pastry shops in Pantigliate and Milan, Alessandro Servida is also a familiar face on italian television thanks to his participation in programs such as Detto Fatto and Best Bakery. He also won the prestigious "Tre Torte" award in Gambero Rosso's Italy Guide about Pastry Chefs & Pastry Shops 2025.
Alessandro Servida's career began in the family workshop, Pasticceria Alex, founded by his parents in 1981 in Pantigliate, in the province of Milan. After an initial lack of interest in the industry, the young man became passionate about it in his teens, working in the shop to finance his passions. Over time, he discovered the artistic side of pastry making, influenced by his mentor, Iginio Massari.
In 2013, he became a member of the Italian Academy of Master Pastry Chefs (AMPI), while in 2018, with his wife Donatella, he opened his metropolitan atelier in Milan, in Viale Piave. This elegant and modern place represents the evolution of his style, with different proposals such as the famous Mont Blanc and the Donatella, a cake that combines dark chocolate and raspberries.
He also won the prestigious "Tre Torte" award in Gambero Rosso's Italy Guide about Pastry Chefs & Pastry Shops 2025. This award reflects the excellence of its proposal, which combines elegance, innovation and impeccable attention to detail. Over the years, Servida has expanded its media presence, participating in several television programs such as Detto Fatto and Best Bakery, where he has demonstrated his skills as a judge and leading figure.
