After years of experience and a long training in Florence, she became one of the reference figures in the world of italian mixology. Since 2021, she has been the bar manager at Gucci Giardino, where she expresses her creative vision through refined cocktails that combine unusual ingredients and cutting-edge techniques.

Born in Gubbio, in the heart of Umbria, Martina Bonci discovered her passion for bartending at a young age. At the age of 16, she began working in the medieval town of her birth and continued her training during her university studies in Perugia, where she developed a strong interest in mixology, attracted by the creativity and endless possibilities offered by the industry.

She then moved to Florence, where she worked for seven years at the renowned bar Gesto, perfecting her art. During this time, she not only honed her mixing techniques, but also developed a deep knowledge of ingredients, focusing on the quality and craftsmanship of raw materials.

In 2021, she was tapped to head up the luxurious Gucci Giardino, where she curates an exclusive and imaginative cocktail menu. Her drinks reflect the elegance and quality of the Gucci brand, the most famous example is the Negroni Mémoire, a tribute to the tuscan capital with a striking purple color obtained naturally from butterfly pea flowers.

Her integrative approach and innate skill led her to win the title of Bartender of the Year 2024 at the Blue Blazer Award, confirming her as one of the best Italian talents in the field.
