Awarded Top Maître of France by Gault&Millau in 2015, Frédéric Kaiser is the passionate maître of "Le Bristol" in Paris, where he has also been the director since 2018.
Born in the 1980s in France, Frédéric Kaiser has been passionate about gastronomy from a young age, as proven by his hospitality studies at the Lycée hôtelier Raymond Mondon in Metz. After earning his diploma in 2000, it was time for him to test his skills in the working world. His experience in the realm of fine dining boasts an extensive resume and various journeys through prestigious culinary environments: from 2003 to 2006, he was the maître at the prestigious "Hotel Martinex" on the French Riviera, and from 2006 to 2009, he was the director of the restaurant "Le château de la Chèvre d'or," in Eze.
In the same year, a turning point: Kaiser joined "Le Bristol" in Paris, where he continues to work. Over the years that followed, he climbed the ranks within the restaurant's staff, eventually becoming the director in 2018, alongside chef Eric Fréchon. But the acknowledgments of Frédéric's professional value came as early as 2015 when he was awarded Top Maître of France by the Gault&Millau guide.
His philosophy translates into an impeccable liturgy of precise gestures: possessing savoir-faire, knowing the product — these are all essential and imperative skills for those who love hospitality. In short, he is the young heir to a continuing French tradition. Magic and emotions are his mantra: "Thanks to the arts, we can make you dream."
