Leonardo Todisco developed an early passion for the bar world—a place that quickly became a laboratory for study, observation and the shaping of his personal style. Over nearly twenty years behind the counter in renowned Milanese venues such as Lacerba and Rita Cocktails, he refined an approach that merges technical precision, service culture and a strong narrative vision of Italian drinking traditions.
His experience in these influential bars naturally led him towards product storytelling and professional training, areas in which he found a clear evolution of his role. Before joining Strucchi, he served as Brand Ambassador for Gin Engine, helping to define the brand’s identity and promoting its philosophy through events, training sessions and communication activities.
Today he is Brand Ambassador and Beverage Strategist for Strucchi Vermouth & Bitter, a project that reinterprets the Italian aperitivo through a contemporary lens. Leonardo oversees the brand’s creative direction, its relationship with the mixology community and the development of content that highlights products rooted in tradition yet oriented towards the future.
Alongside his ambassador role, he works in consulting, training and content strategy for beverage-related projects, always putting product culture, stylistic coherence and value creation at the centre of his work.
