- Capogiro Fine Dining (from May 2): mentioned in the Michelin Guide 2024 and 2025, it is the realm of Executive Chef Pasquale D'Ambrosio. His cuisine favors fresh produce and indigenous flavors, transformed into sophisticated creations that enrapture the senses.
- Spazio by Franco Pepe (opening concurrently with the resort): for the second year in a row, one of Italy's most celebrated master pizza makers introduces a new, never-before-seen pizza and the renowned fried pizza cones, perfect for those who enjoy conviviality by the sea.
- Cone Club (from June 1): an iconic place for those who want to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of a beach club overlooking a dreamy sea, with sophisticated dishes and cocktails with international flavors. Already mentioned in the Best Italian Beach Club Guide 2024 and the Blue Blazer Guide 2025, it presents this year a menu with a global horizon, where each dish celebrates different culinary cultures.
- Rooftop Capogiro ( from June 1): the view of the Sardinian sunset becomes part of the menu itself. Here seafood crudes meet the new “Baci di Sapore,” little gems of haute cuisine that combine the freshness of the catch with the scents of the Mediterranean scrub.
- APEGOLOSA (new 2025): a traveling bee car that brings refreshing drinks and Mediterranean specialties to the beach, for a moment of pleasure on the road.
