The idea is to transform the resort’s most beautiful corners into outposts of taste. The rooftop crowning the Michelin-starred Capogiro restaurant thus becomes the Bollinger Champagne Terrace, an open-air lounge where the sea breeze meets the elegance of one of the world’s most prestigious wines.
