The idea is to transform the resort’s most beautiful corners into outposts of taste. The rooftop crowning the Michelin-starred Capogiro restaurant thus becomes the Bollinger Champagne Terrace, an open-air lounge where the sea breeze meets the elegance of one of the world’s most prestigious wines. We are just a stone’s throw from the glamorous glitz of the Costa Smeralda, but here luxury is experienced differently: it is the concept of laid-back luxury, a relaxed and informal exclusivity that allows you to enjoy the wild nature of a 15-hectare promontory without sacrificing impeccable service.

The “fil bleu” is a fusion of the sea and culinary innovation. Michelin-starred chef Pasquale D’Ambrosio has created his “baci di sapore”—small bites that capture the essence of the region—and a refined menu dedicated to seafood tartares, designed to highlight the bold and structured character of Bollinger’s cuvées.
