Daniela Piscini is the manager and owner of the prestigious Miramonti l'Altro restaurant in Concesio, Brescia. In 2021 she was awarded the title of "Maître of the Year" by L'Espresso Guide, a recognition that attests to her professionalism and dedication.
Daniela Piscini's parents founded the Miramonti in Caino, Brescia, in the 1950s. In 1981, the family decided to expand the business by opening Miramonti l'Altro (two Michelin stars) in Concesio.
Thus began her career in the business, working alongside her mother, Mary, who ran the kitchen. In 1992, the arrival of the breton chef Philippe Léveillé marked a turning point, bringing with him a french influence and creating a synergy with the lombard tradition that characterizes the eatery's identity.
Daniela took over the management of the restaurant, working closely with Léveillé, who became her husband. Her attention to detail, her elegance and her ability to make each guest feel at the center of attention help to create a welcoming and refined environment. Her philosophy is based on a warm welcome and the ability to anticipate guests' needs and provide impeccable service that enhances the overall experience.
