Iside De Cesare is an Italian chef and owner of the Michelin-starred restaurant La Parolina in Trevinano, Lazio. She recently expanded her gastronomic vision with the opening of Terrae Restaurant in Florence.

After several formative experiences, including at La Pergola at the Rome Cavalieri, Iside De Cesare and her husband Romano Gordini in 2005 opened La Parolina in Trevinano, a small village in Lazio, in the province of Viterbo. The restaurant was awarded a Michelin star in 2009 (which it still holds, 2025), becoming a sought-after destination in the area.

Its cuisine stands out for its attention to local raw materials and its ability to reinterpret traditional dishes in a contemporary way. His philosophy is based on balance; the dishes he creates enhance the authentic flavors of the area.

In May 2024, she opened Terrae Restaurant, a gourmet that highlights the roots of Tuscany, framed within the Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi, a five-star hotel in central Florence. In addition, the chef flanked by Salvatore Canargiu, also runs Aria Rooftop, a panoramic space located on the rooftop of the same building, where guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the city, and a selection of delicacies and fine cocktails.
