In 2021, Philippe opened his first patisserie boutique in Nice, followed by two more locations in Cannes and the Cap 3000 mall. His iconic creations, such as Tarte Scrat and Millefeuille Gianduja Noisette, are prized for their perfect balance of aesthetics and taste.
