Andrea Poli, born in 1988 in the province of Padua, is the founder and owner of Gustificio, a restaurant that reflects his innate passion for hospitality and gastronomy. Growing up in the family environment of an inn, he undertook training in the field of hospitality, and at the same time completed his university studies in veterinary medicine. His experiences, including an important stop in Australia, led him to develop a restaurant concept that emphasises grilled cuisine and attention to detail.
Andrea Poli, born in 1988 and originally from San Pietro in Gu (PD), is the soul of Gustificio. Catering and hospitality have always belonged to him. He grew up with the desire to recreate a place in the image of the small and cosy family inn that accompanied his childhood. The memories of that period fuel his passion and lead him towards a path that he feels is written in his DNA. He studied at the hotel school in Castelfranco Veneto, graduated in veterinary medicine in Padua and in the meantime worked in local trattorias to gain experience in the field.
Until he reached Australia, where he stayed for six months, acquiring mastery in the art of grilling, which would then remain a common thread in his gastronomic proposal. The Gustificio represents for him a container of beauty and taste, to be experienced at every moment of the day. An authentic place, a point of reference for patrons, where they can feel good and savour the refined comfort that permeates every area of the establishment. A stubborn and passionate entrepreneur, he lives his project with volcanic participation, with a profound attention to the guest. A perspective from which he starts out to meticulously define every detail.
