The event
Luxury Hospitality Conference, the benchmark event for Luxury hospitality professionals, organized by Teamwork Hospitality, of which Mauro Santinato is President will be held on September 26, 2024, at the Melià Hotel in Milan, via Masaccio.
Now in its fourth edition, Luxury Hospitality Conference confirms itself as an annual in-depth and networking event for all operators and top players in the industry, who wish to compare and learn about market evolution, trends, innovations and the best strategies, able to meet guests' needs, offer high quality standards and thus unique and unforgettable experiences.
A day organized in panel discussions, interviews and keynote speeches spread over two halls with the involvement of 50 speakers, including General Managers of the most important and influential hotels and luxury chains, CEO of international luxury brands, industry experts from all over the world. Their testimonies and analysis of case studies will help to better understand the distinguishing factors, market, segmentation and psychological approach to the luxury world. At the event, THRENDS, a consulting firm specializing in analysis and business intelligence in the Hospitality Real Estate sector, will present, as it does every year, a preview of the “Luxury Hospitality Report - Italy 2024,” a report that has been monitoring the luxury segment in Italy for five years: volumes, hotel chains and brands, turnover, margins, transactions and CapEx. According to THRENDS' continuous census, 16 5-star hotels have opened in Italy since January, compared to 11 in the same period in 2023, for a total of approx. 750 rooms, 91 percent of which belong to domestic and international chains.
An additional 159 luxury hotels are expected to open in the coming years (2024 - 2027) and there are many international brands that will debut in Italy: Thompson, Baccarat, Orient Express, Only You, Kimpton, Art'otel, Nobu, Ritz-Carlton, Auberge Resorts Collection, Corinthia, Cheval Blanc, Langham, etc. The event is aimed at general managers, investors, hotel owners and staff members, tour operators, destination managers, students, journalists and anyone who wants to learn more about the issues related to the luxury segment in hospitality.
