Silvia Federica Boldetti is a prominent Italian pastry chef, known for her creativity and innovation in the world of pastry. She was the first woman to become a Master of the Accademia Maestri Pasticceri Italiani (AMPI) in 2018.
After earning two master's degrees with honors, one in economics and the other in Gastronomic Sciences from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Silvia decided to devote herself to her passion for pastry. She started with an internship at CAST Alimenti, continuing with an experience at Selmi Group to delve into the art of chocolate making.
Over the years, she has collaborated with several companies in the industry, including pastry shops and restaurants throughout Italy. Since 2014, she has worked as a freelancer, offering consultations and demonstrations for companies such as Callebaut Italia and Italia Zuccheri. In addition, she has contributed as an external contributor for “Pasticceria Internazionale” magazine.
Her career is studded with important awards: in 2015 she won the Italian Women's Pastry Championship and in 2016 she won the world title “The Pastry Queen.” In 2018, she became the first woman to join the Accademia Maestri Pasticceri Italiani (AMPI), a significant achievement that testifies to her commitment and excellence in the field.
In addition to her practical activities, Silvia has a strong media presence. She was featured on the TV program “Silvia's Fabulous World” on Gambero Rosso Channel, where she shared her innovative vision of pastry making. She also founded “Pastry in Pills Academy,” an online platform dedicated to training in the pastry industry, and the publishing house “ebookpdf.it,” which specializes in publishing manuals and cookbooks.
