Originally from Naples, Salvatore Fiata developed a passion for cooking at a young age, especially for Neapolitan pizza. His dedication and commitment led him to perfect traditional techniques, with a strong emphasis on the quality of ingredients and authenticity of flavors.
After a few years in Italy, Salvatore decided to take his white art beyond national borders. In 2019, he opened Fiata by Salvatore Fiata in Hong Kong, with the aim of offering his guests a truly Italian experience. The latter was ranked 22nd in the 50 Top Pizza World 2024. In addition, his Provola e Pepe was named Pizza of the Year 2024 for the Asia-Pacific region, an award presented by 50 Top Pizza in partnership with Latteria Sorrentina. Located in the bustling Soho district, the restaurant has quickly become a landmark for pizza lovers. The menu offers a wide selection of products - both great classics and creative reinterpretations - prepared with raw materials imported from the motherland to ensure excellence.
