Gabriele Di Lecce is a chef who has had a remarkable educational and professional career: after some important experiences, in February 2022 he opened the restaurant DOGMA in Rome with his wife Alessandra Serramondi.
Gabriele Di Lecce, born in 1994, attended the Tor Carbone Hotelier Institute in Rome; during his studies he had the opportunity to work with Daniele Usai, an experience that marked the beginning of his professional career.
At the age of 17, he continued his training at Il Mosaico in Ischia under the guidance of Nino Di Costanzo. Later he returned to Latium to work with Anthony Genovese at Il Pagliaccio.
In 2016, he returned to work with his first mentor - Daniele Usai - as sous chef at Il Tino in Fiumicino until 2021. During this time, he further enriched his background with an internship at Alléno Paris, chef Yannick Alléno's three-Michelin-starred restaurant.
In the summer of 2021, Gabriele and his wife Alessandra Serramondi decided to make their dream come true by opening DOGMA in the Capital, which will officially open in February 2022. The eatery, located in Piazza Zama, will be characterized by a culinary proposal based on grilling, with an emphasis on fish and the use of fresh, high quality ingredients.
