Giovanni Cavalleri is the beating heart of Pasticceria Roberto, a historic family business located in Erbusco, in the heart of Franciacorta. A child of art, he began his journey in the world of pastry-making at a young age, learning the secrets of the trade under the guidance of his father Roberto, who founded the pastry shop in 1981.
To improve his skills, Giovanni worked with master Iginio Massari, an experience that enriched his training and consolidated his passion for the art of confectionery. In 2002, he participated in the Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg, winning a silver medal, an award that testifies to his dedication and skill in the field.
Under his leadership, Pasticceria Roberto has become a reference point for dessert lovers, thanks to creations such as the famous cannoncini, prepared fresh to guarantee an incomparable fragrance and taste.
