Twin brothers Sergio and Javier Torres have nurtured their passion for cuisine from a young age, and after accumulating years of experience separately, in 2018, they joined forces to open "Cocina Hermanos Torres," an innovative culinary space awarded Three MICHELIN Stars and a green star.

Twin brothers Sergio and Javier Torres were born in Barcelona in 1970. From a young age, they learned to cook from their grandmother Catalina and discovered their shared passion for cuisine. They studied at the Arnadi Culinary School, directed by Mey Hofmann, in their hometown. After school, they took separate paths for a while, but they knew they would eventually come together.

In 2002, they began working together on various culinary projects, and in 2006, they became interested in Brazil. During a visit to the country, they were captivated by the beauty of the landscapes, the people, and the variety of available products. Sergio is passionate about culinary innovation and the connection between cuisine and science, while Javier gained recognition in Spain as the head chef of "Can Fabes," a Three MICHELIN-Starred restaurant.

In the summer of 2018, the Torres brothers opened "Cocina Hermanos Torres" in a former tire warehouse. This innovative space, spanning 800 square meters, includes a culinary center, a hub for training and gastronomic innovation, and serves as a platform for communication, sustainability, and health.
"Cocina Hermanos Torres" received Three MICHELIN Stars and a Green Star for their sustainable commitment, as well as three Repsol Suns from the Spanish gastronomic guide, recognizing their culinary excellence and dedication to sustainability.
