Beatrice Segoni is a chef who has worked in prestigious restaurants in Italy and abroad, and who is known for her dedication to Italian gastronomic tradition and her ability to innovate while respecting her roots.
Born in Castelfidardo, Marche, Beatrice Segoni began her career as a fashion designer. However, personal events led her to take a new direction in the world of catering. After graduating from the hotel institute, she honed her skills working alongside renowned personalities, including Gianfranco Vissani, who had a significant influence on her training.
In 2004 she moved to Florence, where she took over the management of Borgo San Jacopo and helped to raise its profile. After thirteen years, she continued her career at Konnubio, renowned for its fine cuisine and refined ambience.
In 2020, Beatrice took on a new challenge, moving to Dubai to head up Bistecca at the Jumeirah Group's Al Qasr Hotel. Her mission was to bring the authentic Tuscan tradition to the UAE, focusing on the quality of ingredients.
In 2021, he took on the role of executive chef at Pierchic, and under his leadership, the restaurant received significant recognition, including a toque from Gault&Millau UAE in 2022. In the same year, he won the prestigious Chef of the Year prize at the Dubai F&B Awards, beating colleagues from around the world.
