INGREDIENTS
For 4 people, you will need:
- 8 scallops
- 5 tablespoons of Grana Padano PDO cheese
- Butter, as needed
- A small glass of still white wine
- Salt, as needed
- Black pepper, as needed
- Pink pepper, as needed
- Rosemary, as needed
RECIPE FOR BAKED SCALLOPS
For this recipe to be a success, it is important to take care when selecting and cleaning the scallops.
First, prepare the seasoning: grind the salt, black pepper, pink pepper and rosemary using a grinder. Alternatively, use a pepper mill to grind the seasoning and sprinkle it over each scallop.
Season the scallops: after flavouring the “fruit” with the mixture of herbs, place a thin slice of butter and a sprinkling of Grana Padano PDO on top.
Add a dash of still white wine and the scallops are ready to be baked: we recommend heating the static oven to 180°C and placing the scallops in the oven once the desired temperature has been reached. It will take 15 minutes for the scallops to brown.
