Her remarkable performance at the World Sommelier Championship earned her the silver medal, making her the most prestigious female sommelier worldwide and placing Denmark among the elite of international wine. This achievement was particularly impressive, considering it was the first time a Danish professional had reached such a level in the competition, and one of the rare occasions a woman has been featured on such a stage. Currently, as the beverage manager at the Alchemist in Copenhagen, Nina is committed to creating a holistic experience aimed at bringing joy in the act of drinking, imparting knowledge to colleagues, and effectively communicating the essence of wine.
