Sabrina Giordano began her catering career 12 years ago, driven by a deep love of hospitality and customer service. Her attention to detail and innate empathy led her to work first in tourist villages. Later she moved to Favignanana and then to Eataly Milan-Rome. Until, by chance, she met Emanuele Russo, who catered her wedding and whom she greatly admired.
At the restaurant Le Lumie, in Marsala, in the province of Trapani, she took on the role of maître and established herself as a point of reference for the management of the room. Thanks to her dedication, she has managed to create an environment where every guest feels welcome and appreciated.
Working closely with the chef, she has enriched the menu and created a perfect harmony between cuisine and service. This integrated and excellence-oriented approach has attracted the attention of the national gastronomic scene. Sabrina has always wanted to grow professionally, so much so that over the years she has also become a sommelier, with a master's degree, as well as a restaurant manager.
