His journey begins in Lecce, immersed in his family's winemaking tradition, where he discovers the art of home winemaking. This passion drives him to explore new horizons, leading him first to Scotland and then to Copenhagen in 2015, where he had the opportunity to work at Geranium, a restaurant awarded three Michelin stars.
His fine dining experience was enriched by acquiring prestigious certifications such as WSET and the Court of Master Sommelier, enabling him to deepen his wine knowledge and skills. His dedication to the wine world led him to establish Via Vino, aiming to promote the richness and authenticity of Italian wines in Denmark.
As the Sales Director and Sommelier, Spedicato dedicates himself to selecting lesser-known but highly valuable Italian labels, highlighting the uniqueness and beauty of the Italian wine heritage.
